Superset with Sled Push (Repeat 3x)
3. Plank 60SEC x3
Superset with Push Ups 15 Reps x3
4. Plank Twist 15 Reps x3 each side
Superset with Pikes on Rowing Machine 10 Reps x3
▶︎ Healthy Pizza Recipe
1. I usually use 3 TBSP of Tomato Paste for each Pita Bread.
2. Next step add the ham, cheese, pepperoni & peppers or any other toppings of your choice!
3. Take it to the oven at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.
